House Information

Accommodation info:

House sleeps 8 comfortably. 

-  Master bedroom: 2 queen size beds with ensuite bath

-  Two additional bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed 

-  Additional full size bath and 1/2 bath

-  All linens, towels and paper products provided

-  Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes, coffee pot, and cookware

-  Kitchen eating area seats 4

-  Family room comfortably seats all

-  WIFI and streaming TV

-  Family room has spacious dining table 

- Screened front porch provides seating as well as back deck. 

- HVAC, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and firepit. 

- Garage parking available for one vehicle with ample outside parking to accommodate additional vehicles and boating trailers.


House Rules: 

No pets

No smoking

No large gatherings/parties

Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years old.


Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival

50% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival


Damage and Incidentals:

Renter will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.





Rental Rates

-  $250 per night (two night minimum)

-  $125 cleaning fee


To reserve email us your dates and we will respond with availability.


50% deposit via check or Venmo to hold reservation.  Balance due upon check in.  We do not accept credit cards at this time. We accept checks, Venmo and cash.
